Just love these pastes. They are as authentic as you can get. Having eaten in Thailand and was even given authentic home made green and red curry pastes by locals to bring home and these are as close as you can get. Have tried them all and absolutely love them. Perfect!!

Made the Green Curry Paste with Chicken breast, Mange Tout and Baby Corn. It was so authentic and delicious and my guests relished it too. Nice of we could buy these in tubs.
