Yes, Subscribe & Save is the best option to receive your favourite Thai pastes without the hassle. Simply choice your selection, pick a schedule and we'll handle the rest!

The first cycles has an additional 3% and then increases to 6%

How often can I receive my pastes?
As often as you like! You can a choose 1 month, 2 months or 3 month scheduling plan.

If you're not around to cook or see you still got a few packs in the cupboard, you have full flexibility to manage your subscription and pause or skip the next cycle.

Can I choose different pastes each month for my subscription?
Yes, you can customise your subscription order to include any variety of our pastes.

Once your subscription is set up, you have the flexibility to adjust quantities or swap out different flavours.

Do you offer gift subscriptions?
Yes, gift subscriptions are available, allowing you to send Mae Jum products to friends and family.

If I don't want any more pastes, when do I have to cancel my subscription?
It'll be sad to see you go but as long as you cancel before the recurring order is shipped out, you won't be charged for a recurring order!

Where can I manage my subscription?
You can manage you subscription by heading to the "My Subscriptions" page, enter your email address and a magic link will be sent to you.

When will my order be dispatched?
All orders are dispatched the following day (Mon-Fri). Please note that if you order on a Friday, your order may not be dispatched until Monday morning, we're sometimes unable to dispatch on Saturdays but when we can, we will!

When will I receive my order?
Our standard delivery times are 3-4 working days and express delivery times as 1-2 working days.

Will my order be shipped with Evri or Royal Mail?
All orders will be dispatched using Evri as default. However, if you would prefer us to ship your order with Royal Mail, please let us know by leaving us special instructions in the cart or responding to your confirmation email.

How can I tracked my order?

None of our pastes contain shellfish. We purposely exculded shrimp paste and fish sauce in our range of products to maintain the highest levels of freshness of the herbs and spices

Our pastes are designed with a moderate level of rock salt as a natural preservantive. The pack is for 6-8 people, and it is usual for more salt to be added during cooking to achieve the right balance.
