I've been craving a Khao Soi since being in Chiang Mai last month. This paste did not disappoint. I followed the recipe on the website and made my whole family yearn to be back in Thailand. Superb!!

Beautiful, rich curry, spicy but heat can be adjusted. I’d recommend to follow a recipe for an authentic flavour. 35g of paste for 3-4 portions. Best home made curry I’ve ever made, thank you Mae.
