I purchased the starter bundle. So far I made the Tom Yam soup and it was delicious. I used a portion of it and frozen the remainder. Next time I will make it I will use a little less to reduce the spice level but we really enjoyed it! I am excited to used some of the different ones in the bundle and experience more flavors.

I absolutely love the Kin Khao Bundle! The products are gorgeous, and the recipes are brilliant for giving you ideas and guiding you through each dish. Everything is delicious, quick and easy to make—and best of all, it tastes fantastic.

I've tried a few of pastes but the Green Curry is my favourite. Fantastic flavour, beats anything out of a jar, I recommend pairing it with Amazon basics coconut milk (also excellent).
For my taste, I use half the the palm sugar and avoid the shrimp paste altogether. This keeps the cooking very simple, just add chicken and your choice of veg, finishing with a few drops of fish sauce it's perfect.

This is a milder spiced paste, but was still delicious. These are restaurant quality dishes and this is our 3rd box of pastes. We either have them at weekends instead of takeaways or make them into laksa for a midweek meal.
