Mae Jum is just outstanding

Only tried the Kua Kling so far. Much the hottest paste in the range, but another stunner. Mae Jum's paste are authentic, tasty and an absolute must if you want great Thai dishes

Chicken Tom Yum Soup

Have only made myself the Chicken Tom Yum this week. I really love it. I have a good selection of pastes in my pantry now, and I look forward to trying them all.
Advice please. My supermarket shop this week contained the usual pack of palm sugar. However, it arrived as a solid block and virtually impossible to get out of the plastic wrapping to decant into the tub. Is it safe to put in the microwave briefly to soften it? Thanks

Fabulous food

I had Khao Soi at a restaurant & really liked it & wanted to try & make it. At first I was reluctant but thought I’d give the Khao Soi paste a try. It didn’t disappoint, it was packed with flavour & spice. The rest of the ingredients were great to get hold of in my local supermarket & I was that happy I placed a second order with new things to try. I would recommend these products.

Taster pack of curries

We have only tried one of the sample pack curries so far but it was delicious. It really brings back memories of the fabulous food we ate in Thailand many years ago without having to source and blend the spices ourselves. I added different vegetables to it on the two occasions we ate it and had lots of compliments.

Meet Mae Jum
A True Taste of Thailand

My name is Jatuporn, but my family and friends call me "Jum".

As a proud mother, that wants my kids to feel more connected to their Thai heritage through the recipes that were passed down to me by their grandmother, and great grandmothers.

Growing up in Southern Thailand, I was surrounded by an abundance of fresh herbs (and chillies) just growing around our home, scattered between the papaya, banana and jackfruit trees. We harvested practically all we needed.
